10 February 2018 Dear Sir I need samll clarification on Commission. My Clent raise bill for Commission Receivable on GST registered dealer which is under limit of Rs. 20 lakhs p.a. please let me know ist necessary to get registered under sec 24 since RCM is suspended till 31st March 2018

10 February 2018 No your client who raises comission bill is not required to get himself registered if his billing is less than 20 lacs in the FY
