my client doing business of manufacturing of electronic equipment which is used in industries his turnover for f.y. 2011-12 is 1.33 corer including labour & other receipts whether he is liable for excise registration, such client also not taken clearance certificate whether it is compulsory.

not liable for excise registration upto 1.5 crore but If labour service exceeds 10 lakhs then service tax is applicable.
