26 June 2011 The company has a two factory , the company will set up the new factory.

please inform me, the company is required new central Excise Registration .

27 June 2011 Yes the company will require to apply for registration of second factory as well with excise authorities

27 June 2011 Separate Registration is required to take for all factories under Central Excise Act.

28 June 2011 If you talking about new factory building in different places, yes, u need to take new registration. If you are constructing nw factory(building)inside the compund of existing factory then you need not go for new registration, but just take an amendment to existing regn.
