if business man professional fees is Rs 1100000 and other income (interest, CG and Dividend) is Rs 100000 rounds upto Rs 2100000 so this attracts GST registration?

Can u elaborate on reverse charge... i m bit unclear on the same issue if an LLP or body corporate has to pay advocate fees but the turnover only does not reaches above Rs 2000000 how does the question of reverse charge will arrive if registration not needed

In case of rcm one is suppose to take registration irrespective of turnover.

CBEC has issued Notification No. 38/2017 – Central Tax
(Rate) dated 13.10.2017 providing exemption to registered
persons from paying CGST under reverse charge on supply of
goods or services from unregistered person to registered
person till 31.03.2018.
But this notification says that the RCM is relaxed till 31/03/2018
