I am a Proprietor, having a PAN with two Business Firms, namely:
1. RSE: Transportation/Logistic Work having Service Tax Registration
2. RF: Trading/Supply work having VAT/CST Registration
So, with which firm name and category I have to get GST Registration??

Since both are proprietory firms, the registration shall be on single PAN. however if you've two different locations where both businesses are present, you can take different registrations. please note they'll be treated as distinct entities.

I have both my firms single/same business location, but with different business, work and registrations.
Since I am sole proprietor of both the firms, PAN is issued in my sole name i.e. single PAN.
So, do i need to have to obtain TWO GST registration and their compliance will be different or what??
