11 May 2013 A company is a registered assessee under central excise. It want to sell its raw material(imported) to some other assessee in India.
How can that be done.

13 May 2013 AS PER RULE 3(5) OF CENVAT CREDIT RULES, 2004, THEY CAN SELL THEIR IMPORTED GOODS ON PAYMENT OF DUTY EQUIVALENT TO CENVAT CREDIT.
