A company is a registered assessee under central excise. It want to sell its raw material(imported) to some other assessee in India.
How can that be done.

AS PER RULE 3(5) OF CENVAT CREDIT RULES, 2004, THEY CAN SELL THEIR IMPORTED GOODS ON PAYMENT OF DUTY EQUIVALENT TO CENVAT CREDIT.
