17 December 2012 I HAVE APPLIED FOR VAT & CST REGISTRATION AS WELL AS EXCISE AND OTHER GOVT. REGISTRATION. MY QUESTION IS CAN I TAKE THE CREDIT OF VAT,EXCISE,SERVICE TAX ETC. WITHOUT MY REGISTRATION NO.
PLS.HELP ME.
