14 July 2017 If a person buys goods from outside the state and sells in the same state where he has place of business and TO is less than ₹20lakhs then whether he is required to take registration and if yes how tax will be calculated ?

14 July 2017 If a person is making interstate purchase and his TO is less than 20 Lakhs then he is not liable to register. He is liable to register only if he makes a interstate sales.
