Registraion of partnership firm

14 April 2013 I want to register a partnership deed to Firm registrar in Rajkot-Gujarat. But I do not know the procedure and address of the office. What should I do ?? and stamp paper required to make a deed as per law??

You need to purchase the stamp paper of Rs 1000/- for partnership registration.

for registration you need to visit the office of firms and society registrar. You will get the requisite forms for registration & fees challan for deposit into govt. account.
