Whether diversion of land is required before creation of Registered Mortgage. Whether Agriculture land can be used for non agricultural loan after creation of Registered Mortgage.

You are giving as security and when you are taking a mortagage loan you can use it for the purpose as you feel, even for daughter's marriage, son's education etc.
You can give agricultural land in as in where status for creating mortgage deed.
