I have to apply for articleship registration and last date of registration is 30th april..but my ipcc marksheet has yet not been delievered to me .so can I use downloaded copy for it

Yes, you can use the downloaded copy for that it is the valid one and ICAI also suggesting with out waiting for receipt of hard copy of marks list, pass certificate etc... for you registrations etc.... you can use downloaded marks sheet to complete your registration as early as possible.
