06 February 2012 I am chartered Engineer, I do consultancy and getting rent & having Home loan. Is it necessary to make HUF. I have two sons each are studying. One is 20 year another is 18
Wife is lecturer.

Could you suggest me by making HUF whether I can save Income tax

06 February 2012 Hi..if u make an HUF then the property should be in the name of HUF.....you need to analyse whether your huf have funds to purchase the property
