29 August 2013 I HAVE FILED FORM 32 REGARDING RESIGNATION OF NO 2 DIRECTOR. BUT WHILE FILING I HAVE MENTIONED THE DIN NUMBER OF NO 1 DIRECTOR AND ATTACHED THE CONSENT OF RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR 2 . NOW WHAT I NEED TO DO. I NEED NO 1 DIRECTOR TO CONTINUE IN APPOINTMENT AND NO 2 DIRECTOR TO RESIGN. WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP

29 August 2013 file a fresh Form 32 effective from the same date, do what you resolved in board meeting. Also attach a letter stating the typographical error which u have did and apologize for the same.

30 August 2013 Thanks a lot sir, I have a doubt. I have the consent letter of the retiring partner. I will attach that. and then in the CA LETTER HEAD shall I mention that there was a typographical mistake as the digital signature of CA is attached in form 32

30 August 2013 YOU HAVE TO ATTACH TWO LETTER ONE FROM COMPANIES END STATING TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR AND OTHER FROM CA'S END STATING DUE TO OVERSIGHT.

I HAVE FILED IST FORM 32 ON 29.08.2013. cAN I FILE FORM 32 ATTACHING THE ABOVE MENTIONED LETTERS TO ROC TODAY. BUT FOR FILING IST FORM 32 I GOT REPLY STATING THAT IT HAS BEEN APPROVED AND SENT THROUGH PROCESS
IN SUCH CASE CAN I FILE 2ND FORM 32 TODAY
