Regarding transfer of articleship in third year on medical ground basis

I met with an accident three months back and am under treatment from a private hospital. Therefore discontinued office for last three months. Can I get the transfer on the basis of certificate of the private hospital now ?

you can take transfer with govt doctor medical certificate only
