16 September 2014 Dear Sir/Madam
I have completed my 1 year 11 months 16 days of articles.And now i want to get to terminated from my present Principal as i am suffering from UTI(urinary tract infection).my query is 1.how to write a letter to ICAI and 2.what documents to be attached....? seeking permission for termination.please do the needy

16 September 2014 on a plain paper u write an application for same and take ur ca's signature and it must be accompanied by govt recognised doctor certifying the same and other reports proving the same.
