28 August 2013 I.ve registered the IPC under direct entry scheme and completed 11 months articleship successfully, now I want to take transfer of articleship, what is the procedure to take transfer and what is the stipulated time to join another ca firm after getting transfer, I've taken IPC exam for November 2013 and I've GMCS course commencing from Sept 2nd, can I join the New CA firm after once I finish my IPC exam, please guide me anyone in this matter asap......

28 August 2013 1)Just take signature of your boss in form 109,,and it will be enough to take transfer of articleship

2)NO stipulated time join with other firm but your articleship will be extended for period of delay

3)Better do GMCS after rejoin with other princiapl,,this period will be treated as articleship

4)you need to send form 109 afetr duly signed to icai with in 30 days from transfer

rejoin with other ca asap and file form 103 to icai with in 30 days from date of rejoin
