sir,
we have export sez but now we have lost out third copy of ARE-1,
its necessary to submit in range office ?
if we are not subitted this copy than whats problem ?
we are already submited original and second copy of ARE 1 duly sign n sealed related SEZ authority to range office

3rd and 4th copy of ARE-1 was to be submitted within 24 hrs of clearance / taken away by the officer who executed the clearance.

so when 4th copy is with department, then 3rd copy is also with them. recheck yourself.
