Regarding the form for articleship

09 September 2011 sir,i had cleared both groups of ipcc and as we have to register ourselves for articleship.i had filled the form and submitted it at icai.
But i had done a mistake in filling the form.
as i am a ipcc student,i have to do articleship for three years but as asked in the form 103,i had filled the period of articleship as 3 years and 6 months (as the mistake) and counted the date of the completion according to this period.
so please tell me what i should do now...please help!

11 September 2011 Write a letter to the Regional Office regarding the mistake or go personally to the Regional Office of ICAI and correct it.
