09 October 2018 A contractor enters into a contract for amount of Rs. 9 lacs which includes Rs. 5 lacs as material cost. Please let me know the amount on which TDS to be deducted under GST?

09 October 2018 Since TDS under GST is applicable on supply of service as well supply of goods, TDS needs to be deducted from the full contract value i.e. INR 9 lacs in the said case.....
