Regarding tds payment

28 May 2015 Dear Sir,

I have paid all TDS payment for the month of April,15 through BOB but the challan appeared AY-15-16 instead of AY 16-17.
so can anybody let me know what is the process of revise payment of TDS & Form?

28 May 2015 Write an application to change the Assessment year. Give the details of TDS payment challans and deductees details so as to enable them to give the credit for AY 2016-17
