regarding TDS on advertising bill

we have got the bill for advertisement of our company on net amounting Rs. 26000 /- shuold we deduct TDS on it.

TDS applicable @ 1% + cess on advertising

Yes TDS should be deducted in such cases u/s 194 (c) (2) @ of 1% plus education cess
