I need some clarification regarding the following :
IF there is late payment of TDS and tht too without interest , shud the expense be disallowed ??
in what cases can VAT and PT be deposited quarterly instead of monthly ??

No, bt if u paid TDS from 01/04/08 to 28/02/09 after march 09 then it is disallowed & allowed on paymt. basis.
VAT & PT deposited based on slab rate.
