Hello Experts,
We have deducted TDS on salary of an employee however employee left after 3 month, total salary we paid Rs.88,500/- and deducted TDS.
Now while uploading TDS Return for 4th quarter, how should I mention his salary as it is below than the IT excemption limit of 2.5 lakhs.

No problems.
Straight away show the salary paid by you as Rs. 88,500/- and the TDS done by you.
It is not your concern that because of the employee left from service, the exemption limit has not crossed.
If the employee joined some other organization, it is his duty to make sure to incorporate his previous employment salary to this present er salary and pay the applicable tax.
You need not worry.

so now the amount of tax which is payable is employees responsibility?

Not actually, it would be his new employer's responsibility to seek the details of his pay during the previous employment.
If he fails to do so, the employee by himself should make the payment.
