IF HUSBAND HAS EXPIRED, AND MATURITY VALUE OF FD ON THE NAME OF SAME CREDITED TO HIS WIFE ACCOUNT THEN SUCH AMOUNT IS TAXABLE IN HAND OF WIFE OR NOT?
