what is the maximum duration to get income tax refund for individuals?
what if they don't receive the refund within prescribed period? what should the individual do to claim such refund?

they will process it and the more they delay the assessee will get benefit of int.

I know the assessee will get interest, but i just wanted to know the maximum period to get refund and what to do if the assessee doesn't get that refund in given period?
