Regarding tax liability

20 August 2012 my client is working in Indian company.
the indian company send him abroad. in previous year he stayed in india less than 60 days. he got 40000/- per month from indian company in India & paid tax according to his liability. now he says he got some money from abroad company as a bonus through his NRI account. he says he has no tax liability on the amount get from abroad company because his residential status is NRI. But if he would not went abroad, than he would never get this bonus. And his salary is accruing in India because he is an indian employee.
there are 3 questions arised :-
1. Is his Indian salary taxable ?
2. Is his bonus taxable in India ?
3 Is there any difference if get this
bouns other than NRI account like NRO or
Saving account.
