A private ltd company is having turnover of 40,00,000/- from its business. Whether it requires to do tax audit ?? which section will be applicable ?? whether sec 44AD will be applicable ??

Tax Audit is not required but applicability of Section 44AD would depend upon nature of company' busnisess

Sec 44AD is applicable to all the traders and wholesaler business so 44 AD applies to business of Trading in Sweets and Namkeens also
