I have client whose turnover from diary business of 70 lacs but actual profit is 1.5 lacs which is below taxable limit whether tax audit required or not
which itr form to be filled for ay15-16 itr 4 or itr 4s
Books of accounts is not maintained by him till date.
Please reply its urgent
