i am praveen working as a accountant and i am dealing with accounts and commercial my doubt is how to maintain accounts in a systematic way and what are key areas while dealing with accounts?

Hi Praveen,
Your question is very broad based. The proper maintenance of accounts depends on the type of entity (company, partnership firm, proprietory concern, trust, etc.). Also the nature of business is important. You need to draw a chart of account depending on the above two factors.
The most important thing to remember is please keep you mind open to learning. Since there is no way of being 100% systematice. Once you start doing things, there will be lot of modifications based on experience of transactions.
