02 December 2012 Hi,

I am semi qualified CA.

I am looking forward for starting my own practice as Tax consultant and Accounts professional.

Can i starts it from my home?

Can i use display banner outside my showing my name and kind of services i am providing?

Can i need BMC Ghumasta licence for starting my own practice from home?

Please help me experts on this matter as early as possible..........

02 December 2012 What is BMC? Better if you take liscense under shops and establishment act. You can very well start your practise as tax consultant. (Please do not claim to be any adjective of CA..like full /semi / half/ inter etc.)
