i want to start software devlopement bussiness as a sole propritor bussiness.
my question is there any rule and regulation to follow to start softwareDEVLOPMENT AND EXPORT SOFTWARE bussiness. please give me your advice.

When you buy the software you want use for resale, then the software firm giving you the product will issue licence to your as reseller or service provider. Government not involved in this.
