I want to know whether any minor can become the member of the society.

However there is no reestriction in definition of members sec15, Byelaws should restrict (a person who, having been admitted therein according to the rules and regulations thereof, shall have paid a subscription, or shall have signed the roll or list of members thereof, and shall not have resigned in accordance with such rules and regulations;)

The answer "No" can also be sup[ported by tghe following provisions:
Sec10: Members liable to be sued as strangers
Sec-11: Members guilty of offences punishable as strangers

25 July 2007 A minor can become member of a society thru gaurdian only.

04 August 2012 not directly but you can member with parents
