12 January 2010 pls tell me that in which head show share application money received which may be converted into issue capital by allotment or may be return back to applicants

12 January 2010 As per schedule VI the share application money received by a company shall be shown under the Share Capital head immaterial of the fact that whether shares will be allotted or the money shall be refunded.

12 January 2010 but i check sch-VI there is no such information but in current liability given "UNPAID SHARE APPLICATION MONEY RECEIVED BY THE COMPANIES FOR ALLOTMENT OF SECURITIES AND DUE FOR REFUND"
