my annual turnover 50 lakh will i get a exemption of 10 lakh and pay tax for the remaining amount are i should pay for the whole amount

tell me is this first year of crossing the limit of 10lakhs or not
or else in the previous year u already crossed the limit of 10lakhs then u need to pay the tax on Rs.50lakhs.

exemption of Rs. 10 lakhs only in first year. Next year onwards no exemption.
