I am undergoing articleship training.
Is it necessary to seek permission from ICAI before applying for Company Secretary course through form No. 112?

28 August 2013 Yes, those who undergoing articleship is required to seek pri-permission from ICAI through sending form 112 for studying any other course along with CA.

28 August 2013 Can't I seek permission together with the application as the last date for admission for CS is 31.08.2013 for June 2014 attempt??
