Is it necessary to seek permission from ICAI before applying for Company Secretary course through form No. 112?

Yes, those who undergoing articleship is required to seek pri-permission from ICAI through sending form 112 for studying any other course along with CA.

Can't I seek permission together with the application as the last date for admission for CS is 31.08.2013 for June 2014 attempt??
