Any one suggest me Sir,
I have received rent from shop for Rs. 5000/- per month and i have taken advance Rs.1,00,000/-
now the shop is let -out now i repaid advance to tenant
Can i repaid rental advance in cash by single payment above whether it is allowed for income tax

No. Section 269SS/T prohibits acceptance and repayment of cash advances in cash.
