Dear Sir,
Q1. My turnover for last year is less than Rs.20 lakh, so whether i am required to get registered under GST if I make only local sale.
Q2 further If i make local as well as intra state sale and may turnover is less than Rs 20 lakh, then registration is required

Dear Aman, GST will apply when turnover of the business exceeds Rs 20lakhs, You are not falling in this category to get registered (if you make only local sale). If you make any Interstate Sale you have to get registered under GST irrespective of your Turnover.

since you are making interstate supply, you need to take gst registration.
