MY CLIENT IS TRANSPORTER. HE PURCHASE A MOTOR VEHICLE . IN THIS BILL BUS SUPPLIER ADD CESS . SIR CAN I CLAIM REFUND OF THESE CESS. BECAUSE IN MY SERVICE
( RENTING OF MOTOR VEHICLE ) NO ROLE OF CESS. KINDLY REPLY
