I ALREADY FILED THE INCOME TAX RETURN FOR A/Y 2009-2010 ON LINE AND I HAVE RECEIVED THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ITR BUT MY REFUND PROCESS WAS NOT SHOWN ON SITE AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVE INTIMATION OF 143(1) SO KINDLY TELL ME THE PROCESS HOW CAN I RECEIVE 143(1) AND WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF CLAIMING INCOME TAX REFUND AS IT SHOWS NOTHING ON INCOME TAX SITE

Have you forwarded the copy of ITR to Banglore ? See the status of ITR filed by you. If your return is received at Banglore office then You have to make a call to call center at Banglore. Lodge your complaint that you have not received the refund as well as intimation u/s 143(1).
