MR. X (Registered Person In GST) has received rent income from PGVCL.
Will MR.X liable for pay as a RCM in GST ?

GST payable by PGVCL under RCM if the property is residential property.
If property is commercial property then GST payable by Mr X under forward charge
If property is commercial property then GST payable by Mr X under forward charge
