sir I had submitted my pf withdrawal form in feb 2013 to the company where I was earlier workind but till today couldn't get the pf settled please tell me from where would I get information regarding my pf settlement

First you check with your previous firm whether they have submitted PF withdrawals or not, since it does not take more than a month for getting PF withdrawals now a days.
