Dear sir i have passed graduation and cpt and registered for both groups of ipcc and also appeared in may exam but failed. my question is now as per new scheme of c.a course should i first convert to new scheme and join for articleship training or or i can directly register for articleship then convert to new scheme. and what is the procedure to convert? thanks

Yes, you have to opt for conversion.
Only after this you can apply for articleship (even after ITT and orientation).
