15 May 2013 You have not mentioned your completed period of service under your employer..

it was the first time i am hearing this type of rules and in my case my boss given permission by taking a promise to finish work as per shedule given.

however as per ICAI rules if u worked 50 hours in a week it will be ok, and as you said , treating as half leave,coming late by 15 minutes is completely unfair..

have you informed regarding this software problem and this issue to your employer,
better have a word with employer and convince him..'

if he cannot convinced better took transfer from him.

and have a look on icai rule in this regard..

and it is not at all advisable to create unnecessary fight with employer better convince him..or leave from him..

15 May 2013 One day i was late by 15 minutes due to trains problems. On that day I was working till late night 10.30pm but the same day was considered as half day.

15 May 2013 yes,..so you try to convince ur principal if he cannot accept to take u as per institute rule better take transfer from him..

that is what in my opinion it is better to take transfer from him if he cannot able to comply at least with icai rules,..

15 May 2013 but then what i have observed on similar case of another article who took transfer. My principal have deducted around 15-20 leaves including half day leaves.

It is very difficult to convince him since he always lead the arguments.

15 May 2013 LET IT GO..WHAT ELSE YOU CAN DO..

OR ELSE CAN U CONTINUE IN UR OLD FIRM..

SEE.
LET HIM DEDUCT LEAVES WHAT EVER HE CAN IF YOU LEAVE NOW AT LEAST YOU CAN WORK PEACEFULLY FOR THE REMAINING 2 YEARS ..IF CAFINAL COACHING STARTS WHAT U DO..DEFINETELY THERE WILL BE DELAYS ..

JUST THINK AND TAKE A WISE DECESION..IF YOU FEEL THAT IT IS OK TO CONTINUE WITH HIM JUST CONTINUE.

IF U WANT TO GET OUT OF FIRM JUST DISCUSS THE ISSUE WITH LOCAL REGIONAL BRANCH OF ICAI AND TAKE THEIR SUGGESTION TO RELEAVE FROM HIM

MY EMPLOYER IS GOD COMPARED TO YOU..HE EVEN GIVES LEAVE CREDIT AND ALSO EXCESS PAY IN SOME PEAK SESSIONS..

HOWEVER THINK AND TAKE A DECESION BEFORE COMPLETION OF 1 YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP..AFTER THAT IT IS TOUGH TASK TO TAKE TRANSFER
