21 May 2016 In normal condition NO, Only when you get the notice for this assessment year than against it you can file it.

23 May 2016 If notice is issued for non filing then justify the cause for non filing the return of income...Prepare the return of income manually and keep it in the file and answer accordingly....

24 May 2016 Return for AY 14-15 can be filed for balated refund claim as per notification & circulars issued u/s. 119(2)(b).
