I am a private limited company, Can I claim the Input against the Insurance policy of motor vehicle in GST

If vehicle is registered in the name of company then you can take the credit of ITC.

Is it necessary to to mention our GSTIN on the receipt of insurance policy
and one more thing is that the policy is in the name of Director
and one more thing is that the policy is in the name of Director

GSTIN on inovice is mandatory and you cannot take the credit if invoice is issued in the name of director of the said company.
