31 March 2013 Dear Sir,
My query is that i am filing income tax return for A.Y. 2013-14, and i want to know that my deposit in mutual fund was Rs. 48000 in F.Y. 2012-13, so will this amount be included in 80C and another query is that education expenditures are Rs. 28000, so whole 28000 will be claimed as deduction u/s 80C.

01 April 2013 just check whether mutual fund company issued you 80C certificate..
Pertaining to education expenses on children you can 28000/- benefit if you get the receipt from school
