under which section TDS will apply on erection, commission and insatllation ?

Section 194C will be applied.
As per provisions of Income Tax Act, any person responsible for paying any sum to any resident contractor for carrying out any work in pursuance of contract between a specified person and the resident contractor is required to deduct tax at source.
