Regarding importing memory cards

01 September 2012 I want to import memory cards from china so i need some guidelines for the same.
1. Is import license must?
2. How much import duty i have to pay?
3. How much tax i have to pay?
4. Do i can clear them directly from customs?
5. Do i have to hire any clearing agent?
6. Can u suggest me anybody cheapest clearing agent.
7. What else i have to pay besides this

01 September 2012 as per para 2.8(iii) of handbook of procedures vol-1(2009-2014) persons are exempt from IEC code who are importing / exporting for personal/Agriculture purpose.

01 September 2012 but for refund of SAD. you must apply for IEC CODE AS PER CUSTOM NOTIFICATION NO. 102/2007 DTD 14.09.2007
