Dear Experts,
ABC Private Limited is based in Mumbai.
The company has two directors and no employees.
The two directors are in Hyderabd only.
Query :
How the company will comply with the holding of AGM, as it a mandatory requirement as per the Act ?
Experts may guide on the matter.

legally yes.... practically AGM is only on the paper for such type of company... depends upon your auditor.. does he ask for minutes and attendance and alll....

For Small companies, it is absolutely correct. I think most of the Auditors will also agree for the same as there is no employees and productional activties carried out during the year
