ABC Private Limited is based in Mumbai.

The company has two directors and no employees.

The two directors are in Hyderabd only.


Query :

How the company will comply with the holding of AGM, as it a mandatory requirement as per the Act ?


Experts may guide on the matter.

28 May 2010 legally yes.... practically AGM is only on the paper for such type of company... depends upon your auditor.. does he ask for minutes and attendance and alll....
