HOW TO FILED MANUALLY ANNEXURE-V FOR NEW GST REGISTRATION OF THE YEAR 2023-2024?

In GST Generally all application are filed Online Itself within the time line give in the Law,
For New registration, when you login for the 1st time there is option to select for the same and time line provided

There are New Manually Form Filing Option in GST Portal for Annexure-V so please give information about this process ?
